Antonio has joined LAC Lawyers as a solicitor after working for over seven years with a litigation firm in Parramatta. In 2003 Antonio worked as in-house legal advisor to the ACT Chief Minister and provided advice on the implementation of new State legislation.
Prior to moving to Australia Antonio worked as a solicitor in Rome (Italy) and Beijing (People’s Republic of China) advising Italian fashion companies with respect to enforcement of their Intellectual Property rights.
Antonio is currently admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and of the ACT.
Antonio’s knowledge of the law in both Common Law and Civil Law countries as well as his language skills allow Antonio to provide clients from with comprehensive and detailed advice with respect to Australian and overseas legislation.
Antonio successfully represented clients on a variety of civil disputes and cases that often involved highly technical issues and multiple defendants. He has negotiated positive outcomes for clients without the expense, delay and uncertainty of formal litigation. Nevertheless, when disputes cannot be resolved outside of a courtroom, Antonio has effectively conducted litigation and obtained positive outcomes for his clients.

Criminal Law - advice and appearance in summary and indictable offences for DUI, BAC, assault, sexual assault, drug related charges, breaking and entering and theft matters.
Intellectual Property - advice on trademarks, copyright and designs, breach of confidence and protection of privacy, doing business through the internet and enforcing clients' rights or defending clients against criminal and civil liabilities for alleged breach of property rights.
Wills & Probate – Administration of large estates, drafting complex testamentary dispositions and obtaining grants of probate.
Property Law - conveyancing, mortgages, retail leasing and disputes.
