Q. Is reproductive technology available to a woman in a de facto relationship?
A. In Victoria it is , and is even available to lesbian women but only in some situations. However, NSW is not as strict in relation to lesbian women, in relation to this issue. Please contact your solicitor for more information on your rights to reproductive technology.
